General inquiries and replies are handled in Japanese only. We may use machine translation to understand inquiries submitted in other languages. Requests concerning personal-data rights will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

We take reasonable care over the accuracy and security of Site content but do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate, current or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the Site’s content.
